Delivery
Deliveries will be made by either Parcelforce, DHL, Night Freight, TNT or our own vechiles, in some instances by other builders merchants/suppliers vechiles if it is most suitable.
 
 
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will depend on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
 
 Force Majeure
Parker Building Supplies Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
 
 Cancellation of Orders

Returns
You are able to return any goods purchased online, beofre you do so you must contact us on 01825 748448.  If your order is a special order (you will be informed prior to ordering) you will not be able to return goods unless the supplier has given permission for the goods to be returned
